Steph’s journey
Just like Munya I’m a PT at Fitness First and I began training with him soon after deciding that I wanted to put myself in my client’s shoes and learn from the best coaches in Melbourne. I came with my own ideas and methods on how to workout and change body composition. But my intention was to completely surrender to his method, work hard and adhere 100% to everything he said. This made all the difference when it came down to the final result.
In addition to education, I also cared about wanting to build “that girl”. You know the girl you can just take one look at and immediately you see so much strength, beauty and you feel a drive to get after the best version of yourself.
Since training with Munya I’ve been able to inspire and impact more people than ever before as they’ve watched this 12 week transformation unfold. I’m honestly amazed at Munya’s method. I’ve learnt so much and have had lots of fun along the way.Lastly, I’d like to say that if you want to go to a new level then choose a next level coach. I know many PTs out there but there’s no one in our industry like Munya. He’s honestly the best PT I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with and I encourage you to join his team.
